1. Shipping & Processing Timelines
Standard 3D prints are processed within 1-2 business days. Custom 3D prints (Lithophanes, customized keychains, personalized lamps) require 2-3 business days for CAD modeling and 3D printing slicing.
Once dispatched via Delhivery Express, estimated delivery times are:
- Hyderabad Local (500xxx): 1-2 Business Days (Express Rate: ₹40).
- Telangana & Andhra Pradesh: 2-3 Business Days (Express Rate: ₹40).
- Rest of India: 3-5 Business Days.
2. Live Courier Tracking
Every shipped order is assigned a Delhivery Waybill / AWB Number. Customers can track their package live anytime on our Track Order Page or directly on Delhivery.com.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders can be cancelled prior to the start of the 3D printing process by contacting our support team at +91 9985985830 or inno3dtech@gmail.com.
In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged during transit, please share unboxing photos within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement print or full refund.
