2. Products & Custom 3D Printing
Inno3DTech specializes in high-precision 3D printed products, customized keychains, lithophanes, lamps, organizers, and custom engineering prints. Due to the nature of 3D printing (FDM & Resin technology), minor surface layer lines and texture characteristics are inherent to additive manufacturing and do not constitute manufacturing defects.
3. Ordering & Payment Terms
Orders can be placed via our website directly using online prepaid methods (Razorpay, Cards, NetBanking, UPI) or via Pay on Call. For Pay on Call orders, our team contacts you directly to verify order specifications and confirm payment before production begins.
4. Shipping & Courier Partner
We partner with Delhivery Express for domestic delivery across India. Shipping costs are dynamically calculated based on recipient pincodes and weight. Tracking details and Waybill / AWB numbers are provided live on your order status page.
5. Intellectual Property & Customer Uploads
For custom prints requiring photo uploads (e.g., Lithophanes and Custom Keychains), you confirm that you own the rights or possess permission to use the uploaded images. Inno3DTech does not claim ownership of customer-submitted artwork or photos.
